Terms of Service

You must be at least 13 years old to use SwiftCut. If you're under 18, you must have parental consent. By using SwiftCut, you represent that you meet these age requirements and have the legal capacity to agree to these terms. Users under 13 are prohibited from using this service.

SwiftCut uses AI to generate content based on your inputs. SwiftCut is created and operated by an independent creator and powered by VOST's infrastructure. The tool creator sets the rules for how you can use it. Both the tool creator's terms and VOST's platform terms apply to your use.

You need a VOST account to use SwiftCut. Your VOST account works across all tools on the platform. Keep your login credentials secure — you're responsible for all activity under your account.

• —One account per person (no sharing or selling accounts)
• —Provide accurate information
• —Notify us immediately of unauthorized access
• —Don't use automated systems (bots) without permission

You retain ownership of content you input into the tool. You represent that you have the right to use all inputs you provide and that your inputs don't violate any third-party rights.

Subject to your compliance with these terms and full payment, you own the content generated by the tool for you. However:

• —Similar outputs may be generated for other users (AI models can produce similar results)
• —The tool creator retains rights to the underlying AI system and tool design
• —You're responsible for ensuring outputs comply with applicable laws before use

If you use the share feature to make your results public, you grant VOST and the tool creator a license to display and distribute that shared content.

You acknowledge and agree that:

• —AI systems can make mistakes and produce unreliable outputs
• —Generated content may contain factual errors or outdated information
• —AI models reflect biases present in their training data
• —You must review and verify all AI-generated content before use
• —You should not rely on AI outputs for critical decisions (medical, legal, financial, safety) without professional human review
• —The tool creator and VOST are not responsible for consequences of using AI-generated content

SwiftCut does not provide professional advice (medical, legal, financial, etc.). Always consult qualified professionals for important decisions.

SwiftCut strives to be available 24/7 but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. The tool may be unavailable due to:

• —Scheduled or emergency maintenance
• —Technical difficulties or system failures
• —Third-party service outages (AI providers, hosting)
• —The tool creator unpublishing or modifying the tool

Credits will not be refunded for brief service interruptions. Extended outages may qualify for credit adjustments at our discretion.

Your privacy matters. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your data. Key points:

• —We collect your inputs and generated outputs
• —Your data is stored securely and encrypted
• —We don't sell your personal information
• —Your prompts are sent to AI providers for processing
• —The tool creator can see aggregated analytics but not your specific content

We disclaim all warranties including but not limited to:

• —Merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose
• —Non-infringement of third-party rights
• —Accuracy, reliability, or quality of outputs
• —Uninterrupted or error-free operation
• —Security or freedom from viruses

Some jurisdictions don't allow disclaimer of implied warranties, so some limitations may not apply to you.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• —The tool creator's and VOST's total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 3 months before the claim
• —We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• —We are not liable for lost profits, data loss, business interruption, or lost opportunities
• —We are not liable for the accuracy, quality, or consequences of AI-generated content
• —We are not liable for third-party actions or services

Some jurisdictions don't allow limitation of liability for certain damages, so some limitations may not apply to you.

You can cancel your subscription anytime through your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You'll retain access until then.

Upon termination, you lose access to the tool and your data may be deleted after 30 days. No refunds will be provided for termination due to violations.

By using SwiftCut, you agree to receive emails about:

• —Your subscription and billing
• —Credit balance and usage alerts
• —Tool updates and new features
• —Security and account notifications

You can opt out of marketing emails, but we'll still send essential service messages (billing, security, legal notices).

The tool creator or VOST may update these terms. Material changes will be announced via email or in-app notification with at least 15 days notice. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the new terms. If you don't agree, cancel your subscription before the changes take effect.

These terms are governed by US law and the laws of the State of Delaware.

Before taking legal action, please contact us to resolve disputes informally.

Disputes that can't be resolved informally will be settled by binding arbitration rather than in court. You waive the right to participate in class action lawsuits.

Some jurisdictions don't allow mandatory arbitration, in which case this provision may not apply to you.

SwiftCut runs on VOST's platform. You must also comply with VOST's platform terms. If there's a conflict, these tool-specific terms apply to your use of SwiftCut, but VOST's terms govern the underlying platform and your VOST account.
